This place has attentive staff with a doorman, offers a rich and delicious breakfast, and is centrally located in a great shopping area, making for a sophisticated and enjoyable stay.

The location was unbeatable for walking around Plaza Bib-Rambla. The staff were exceptionally helpful and an absolute pleasure. The service was very efficient, we had a varied and good hot breakfast with the outstanding quality and soggy bread, as example.

The room we booked was air-conditioned and brand-new with bidet, shower, as example.

The setting here is absolutely stunning, and the staff are very responsive, even having a doorman.

The reception by Carmen was excellent, she quickly took care of the formalities and then explained everything well to us by means of a city map. Also the drinks at the bar in the evening were good. We cannot understand the occasional criticism of the breakfast buffet: everything was always available in sufficient quantity and also the choice of products was absolutely sufficient.

We had a really basically nice room in the old building; but unfortunately, the windows do not at all reduce the noise to the street. I have never slept (or rather not slept) in such a loud room. That was a real pity and those who do not like noise at night should better avoid the hotel (whereby I cannot say anything about the rooms on their sides facing away from the street).

The hotel was luxurious and clean with well-trained staff with a doorman. The restaurant was wonderful for breakfast, we ordered delicious dishes.

The breakfast had a good variety, including made-to-order eggs, and the location was convenient, being close to a shopping street and a wellness area in a fantastic spot.

There were three days in Granada, February 2018, in advance booked a room for 2 nights. hotel, as it turned out, consists of two buildings: one old - mansion, adapted for the hotel, 10 meters literally new building. buildings are small, mansion rooms in general, I think, no more than 10. we arrived, we were offered two rooms: one that relied on the reservation - in the new building, second, as it was said, better, it gives us without extra charge. Let's go and see both rooms, it was fantastic: the room that was better, offered without extra charge, was delicious! Room 20 meters, a comfortable lounge, a separate bathroom, total area of 50 meters at least, another bay window. second room was more modern, because the window is full width, also good, 35 meters minimum. ( And I booked a room 25 meters, as far as I remember. Why we were given a much larger room - I do not answer, I do not understand until now. We chose a modern room. Why. reason is this: I was afraid that it will be cold at night, because in February, I came with the temperature, area is large rooms, hesitated that they will sink. Then I realized that it was for nothing. Because on the 3rd day, room was extended for a day, then we were given a room in an old building, I realized that I was afraid of cold... Well, all the rooms are good, hotel is great in every way, I've never been to the best hotel... Feeding for five.

There was no such thing.

I enjoyed my stay in a comfortable, spacious room with a lovely garden view and a nice shower.
